I am having trouble managing my property. Can you please clarify?
The key to managing your property, after loggin in, is to browse to your property page where you can perform any of the following tasks by clicking on the icon that is NEXT to your property (not the icons in the legend at the top).

view = preview post = post to the web applications = view applications images = manage images edit = edit delete = delete

How do I get my property posted to the Pique or Craigslist?
Browse to your property page and click the post icon that is NEXT to your property. Following the instructions on the next page to post a link to your property.

How do I figure out who to rent to?
Browse to your property page and click the applications icon that is NEXT to your property. That will take you to the applicants page for your property with results that are filtered. To see all of the applicants you need to click the 'ALL results please click here' link. You can also go back and edit the filter settings of a property if you didn't get enough results.

I know how I want to rent my property to, now what?
Browse to the applicants page for your property and click the approve icon that is NEXT to the renter you chose. That will select them as your renter, send them a notification email, mark your property as rented and send an email to all other applicants notifying them that they were not chosen.
